Does ZMA Really Work?

Does ZMA Still Work?:

ZMA is a sports nutritional supplement made up of Zinc, Magnesium and Vitamin B6. Although there are some studies that say the supplement has no positive affect on testosterone levels, my own personal experience with the supplement has been very positive.

To be clear, I am not making any scientific claims that ZMA is a proven and statistical game changer. I am saying that my own personal experience with ZMA lead to better sleep, more vivid dreams, better recovery in the gym and more energy throughout the day. Fortunately the first ZMA product I tried seemed to be right on point.
I have since tried many other ZMA products and did not get the same results. After many years of personally trying different supplements, and hearing the feedback from hundreds of other users, it seem like the results vary from person to person. It could have something to do with body chemistry, the quality of the supplement or even the placebo effect. Whatever the case may be, the only way you know if something works for you or not is to try it.
Not all supplement brands are created equal, and not all people will respond to the same things. There are always going to be those who experience tremendous value and others who believe they wasted their money. I would suggest looking into a sports company called Advocare. Their “Night Time Recovery” supplement contains ZMA, as well as several other amino acids and adaptogens. I do believe it supported me and it might just do the same for you. Give it a shot and let me know your feedback.

At the time of this writing, I do not benefit in any way from the purchase of the product I am recommending. I just think it is a good product and worth your 30 dollars to try. If you are curious as to what other supplements I recommend, send me your question via email or social media. I am happy to give you my honest feedback and possibly recommend something that is the right fit for your goals.
